Magical Monday to you! In my photo this week, I share one of my favorite superfoods; raw pistachio butter. And like this lovable teddy bear, raw pistachio butter is good for your heart.
This raw nut butter is one of my favorites for its wonderful taste and also for the many health benefits from this nut butter.
Its a great source of protein, low in calories compared to other nut butters and wonderful for your skin. It is great for blood circulation. Because of the high Vitamin E content, it
helps improve the elasticity of your skin.
Pistachio butter is great for your immune system and also for your eyes.
It has high levels of vitamin B6 so it is great for your nervous system and can help reduce stress.
Finally, its great for weight management because it helps you feel full and satiated for a longer period of time.
So, this week I invite you to try some raw pistachio butter or have some roasted pistachio nuts to augment your diet.
